Step 3 - A checklist of where to start

I finally have gotten around to starting step 3 today - way behind others in our group, but ahead of some others I'm sure (I jumped ahead to step 4 first, I am way more comfortable with spreadsheets than writing KCQ's).

I have been feeling a little overwhelmed and unsure of where to start, so broke it down into manageable steps:

• Find Company

• Find Annual Reports

• Save Annual Reports

• Read Latest Annual Report - Note down key concepts and questions - Identify areas difficult to understand - Areas that seem most important of critical - Key Challenges of the firm - How successful the firm is at overcoming the challenges - It's apparent strategy

• Discuss with others

• Are I happy with the firm or would I have preferred a different one?

• Any Concerns

• Find useful news articles, blogs and videos

• Comment on other student's blogs

• Discuss how discussing with others helped or didn't help.

• Studiosity

• 3 Favourite blogs
